Responsibilities:

  • Able to create and implement plans to increase revenue
  • Creation and development of products and services
  • Responsible for efficient operation and cost control of all facilities
  • Ensures the highest standards for Room, Front & Back Office and other Services
  • Develops and continues to improve customer service funnel through team and company, as well as managing opportunities through PR or partnerships
  • Measure and analyze performance of all marketing campaigns, run by both internally and third party/agency to assess against goals (KPI, ROI, acquisition cost, leads traffic, etc)
  • To lead, develop and build a high performing operation team committed to and engaged in the company’s target, vision, mission and value
  • Build brand awareness and build new customer
  • Prepare reports on findings while illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into written texts that are clear and understandable
  • Collect and analyze data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits, and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferably has 2 years experience in same position
  • Must have experience in the Hospitality industry (working in a 5 star hotel will be an advantage)
  • Good leadership, self starter, negotiation and good skills training
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Well organized, strong analytical thinking, proactive, and able to handle detail
  • Positive mindset, resilient, flexible, and high motivated
  • Advanced MS Office Excel
  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Strong on problem solving, analytical and creative thinking
  • Strong on time and team management
  • Have experienced managing budget, from proposing, planning, monitoring budget deployment, and budget reporting
